Here we have a lovely naturally bright four-bedroom 100m2 apartment in the heart of the popular village of Villalonga, close to Gandia and its 23km of golden sandy award-winning beaches. The next on the left is the lounge with double French doors opening onto a small Juliet balcony with some great views across the village towards the pine covered mountain backdrop. The separating non load bearing wall between these two rooms is a very slim terracotta brick. The rooms can therefore be easily and economically converted into one large lounge. A nice option if you like a big living area. Moving on from the lounge, there is a good size double bedroom towards the side of the building. Further down the hallway to the right is the fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and gas hob. The work surfaces are solid granite with a white fully tiled splash back. There is a good size separate pantry and door access onto a covered rear area for the washing machine and gas boiler. Back into the hallway to the right and there are a further two good-sized bedrooms and a final room at the end of the corridor which would be great for a small office, studio, or this could also easily be made into an ensuite bathroom for the end double bedroom. To the right of this room, you will find the fully tiled bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin. All in all, this is a spacious apartment with loads of natural light, and with less than a two-minute walk to a large supermarket, and shops. This is a typically Spanish village, so if you are looking for British bars and shops, this may well not be an area for you. The local people are friendly, helpful and make you feel at home, whether it’s for full-time living, or just a holiday home. The village has all that you could need, along with a new medical centre, large supermarket, twice weekly fresh produce market, library, two dentists, excellent quality hotel with a first class restaurant, plenty of bars serving fresh tapas and lunchtime menus.
