Situated right on the seafront in L'Ametlla de Mar we have this big (146 m²) apartment. There are 2 communal swimming pools in the grounds. The apartment is on the top 3rd floor (with elevator) and has a very big terrace to enjoy the views of the sea and the beach. You enter into a bright hallway and from here there are glazed double doors which take you into a large lounge / dining room. Patio doors lead to a long side terrace with views over the communal garden and over to the open sea. At the end of the terrace is a small trastero / storage room. There is an independent kitchen, a long galley type kitchen with entrances from the front hallway but also at the other end into the bedroom hallway. At the end of this hallway is located the master bedroom, with built in wardrobes, and an en suite bathroom with twin basins and a bath with shower over. There are a further 22 bedrooms and another possible small bedroom currently used as an office. A family bathroom is here also with a bath and twin basins. From the main entrance hallway you can step onto the very large terrace ( approx 5 x 10m) with 1st line views to the beach 'Cala de Pixavaques', the main seafront and views over L'Ametlla de Mar and to the mountains behind. There is a small conservatory here where the washing machine is housed. There is air conditioning. Hot water is by electric boiler. Radiators are installed but there is no central heating boiler installed at the moment. There is a parking available at an extra cost if needed.
