It has 3 very spacious bedrooms, 2 with a doublé bed (one of them with a terrace) and 1 bedroom with two single beds, all with large closets, an en suite bathroom and the other bathroom in the hallway that joins the other bedrooms, the Living room has about 25m2, with Smart TV, with access to a terrace equipped with comfortable furniture, kitchen of about 15m2 with all appliances including dishwasher and kitchenware for up to 6 people, outside laundry room with a large 120L electric water heater and washing machine.
