description

In the heart of Nerja, we find this apartment with a usable area of 179 m2. A unique property due to its spaciousness and great potential for renovation. The apartment occupies the first floor of a small building with only three units. Its interior offers exceptionally generous spaces, with five good-sized exterior bedrooms and two bathrooms, including one en-suite in the master bedroom. The apartment features a large living-dining room that opens onto a terrace with afternoon sun, as well as panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The kitchen is separate and spacious, as can be seen in the photographs. It offers numerous possibilities for redistribution and also includes a laundry room. In addition, the apartment has an interior patio and a private storage room, providing extra storage and leisure space. The property needs renovation and updating, but its dimensions, layout, and spaciousness offer an excellent foundation for modernizing it and creating a home perfectly suited to the needs and tastes of the new owner. As an added bonus, the building features a shared rooftop terrace, accessible only to the three apartments, offering views of the sea and the surrounding mountains of Nerja. This is an attractive opportunity for those who value space, location, and renovation potential, whether for creating a spacious permanent residence in Nerja or as an investment property.
