Whether you are looking for a holiday home for your golf getaways, a place close to the American School, or simply want to live in a community that has it all – swimming pool, children’s playground, golf course, football pitch, underground parking and storage – this apartment is the right choice. It was recently renovated by the owners, with care and passion, just two years ago. Although it is on the ground floor, the generously sized terrace is slightly elevated, giving the feeling of being on the first floor and offering extra privacy, with views over the pool. The apartment is only 10 minutes by car from the town and the beach, and just 10 minutes’ walk to La Resina Golf – known by some as “Little Augusta” and designed by Craig Cooke and Bradley Smith in 2005. La Resina Golf is considered one of the best 9-hole courses in Andalusia, and its beautiful setting provides an unforgettable experience for golfers of all levels.
