The property boasts panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and much of the coastline. The apartment is located in the Arkadia Beach Residential Complex, a very quiet and family-friendly beachfront area in the El Faro de Calaburras neighborhood of Mijas Costa. It boasts almost direct pedestrian access to El Charcón beach in El Faro, just 250 meters away, and spacious landscaped green areas with exotic plants. A true oasis on the beach where you can relax and enjoy time with your family.
