The architecture and layout prioritize energy efficiency, thermal insulation, and high-quality finishes. The communal areas are designed to enhance quality of life, including green spaces with native vegetation surrounding a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, an outdoor meditation area, a spa, a coworking room, a beach volleyball court, and a childrens zone. The buildings feature reinforced concrete structures and high-performance thermal insulation in facades and roofs. Windows are made of lacquered aluminum with thermal break and double glazing. The interiors include floating laminate or porcelain flooring, white lacquered interior doors, built-in wardrobes, and suspended ceilings. Bathrooms are equipped with top-brand vitrified porcelain fixtures, thermostatic showers, and resin shower trays. Kitchens are delivered fully furnished with quartz countertops and appliances including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and extractor hood. The homes offer ducted hot/cold air conditioning and hot water production via an aerothermal system. Mechanical ventilation ensures continuous air renewal. Electrical and telecommunications installations include TV and internet sockets in all main rooms. The gated community includes controlled access, landscaped gardens, adult and children's pools, and a garage with fire detection and forced ventilation systems.
