The building has 16 floors and 17 apartments, including a duplex penthouse with its own rooftop chill-out area. Two elevators, a communal pool, a green area, and underground parking with individual spaces and storage rooms are included (additional cost). The project consists of 12 three-bedroom apartments on floors 2-3 and 5-14, each apartment occupying an entire floor, and there are four one-bedroom apartments (two apartments per floor). The penthouse is on the 15th floor and has its own private sun terrace on the 16th floor. All apartments are exterior and sea-facing; there are no rear views of the salt flats. Sea views begin from the first floor. The complex is on the second line, so the sea can be seen between the buildings on the first line. The southeast side of the building has better sea views, as do the higher floors. The finishes are top-of-the-range, using STM porcelain tiles, IMEX LINE faucets, TOSHIBA heat pumps, ZANUSSI appliances, and more. *Some changes to the finishes are possible; these should be discussed with the architect in advance. Underfloor heating can be added in all rooms for an additional fee of approximately €15,000.
