This lovely ground floor apartment called is located on the edge of the center, less than 600 meters from the pleasant beach Playa los Locos - Playa del Cura and boulevard of Torrevieja. The cozy living room with open kitchen is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and Dutch television. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom in the middle of them. The master bedroom has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress. The other bedrooms also have a double bed and a separate single bed. This provides sleeping space for 5 people. The private terrace is located at the front of the house. This terrace is very sunny in the morning and during the afternoon. Later in the day the sun is at the back of the house. In the Master bedroom there is a door to the communal swimming pool and garden, which you can of course use. The swimming pool is only open from May to September. The house is fully equipped for 5 people and all amenities for a carefree holiday are available! We have no problem if you bring your dog. Naturally, we expect, within reason, that your pet will not cause any nuisance to the neighbors. We also expect you to clean up feces, vomit, hair from molting dogs and the like yourself with a bag. We charge €100 per dog per stay for additional cleaning costs. Dogs are of course not allowed in the shower, on the couch, beds and/or on other furniture. If dog hair is found here, it will be thrown away and the renewal will be deducted from the deposit, as well as other damage and soiling. We like to keep the house tidy for all guests! It is not advisable to leave a dog alone in the house. If you have a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the home to watch TV during your stay.
