Lucas Fox presents this boutique hotel, designed by architect Toni Gironès in the heart of the Alt Empordà region. This charming boutique hotel boasts contemporary Mediterranean-style architecture and a beautiful garden. The property is characterized by its tranquility, sustainable solutions, and the use of high-quality materials such as concrete and chestnut wood. This boutique hotel is designed as a high-end resort, ideal for nature retreats, but it can also be used as a dream private residence or a modern co- property project. All necessary permits for tourism development have already been approved. This hotel has been a finalist in the Girona Architecture Awards, presented at the FAD Awards and other international competitions, and its model will be on display at the Madrid Architecture Museum until May 2026. The property sits on an 850 m² plot with room for expansion. The main living area, a 60 m² living-dining room , access to the exterior and is connected to the living modules by walkways over the terrain. Surrounding it are various Mediterranean-style spaces: an exterior kitchen with a Moroccan oven and barbecue, a covered dining room perfect for leisurely meals, an open-air reading room, a lookout point overlooking the Albera Natural Park, and a garden with fruit trees such as pomegranate, fig, persimmon, plum, and orange. Each room has access to the garden. The five bedrooms, constructed from concrete tubes clad in wood and clay, feature adjustable lighting, cross-ventilation, and private terraces.
