This house in Mondoñedo is a typical example of the architecture of this northern town of Lugo. Located 20 minutes from the coast, Mondoñedo is the most important town in the Mariña Lucense. Its relevance within the Northern Way of Saint James has been crucial for centuries. And as a town and region, suffice it to say that -until 1833- Mondoñedo was a province within Galicia, apart from Lugo.
